What was your motivation to seek out a boudoir photography experience? I was looking for something unique and different to surprise my husband with for his birthday.

Choosing your studio/photographer is super personal, why did you choose The GFE? Initially it was the name that caught my eye. Once I started looking at your work I was completely impressed with the way your models looked and they came in every shape and size. At that point I knew you were the one I wanted to do my pictures.

Leading up to the shoot what were you most concerned about? That I wasn't going to look sexy enough I was just going to look like a wife and a mom. I was worried about how my stretch marks would appear and the dimples in my butt and some of the other parts of my body that I'm not fond of.  What would they look like in a photograph?

What was your favorite part of your boudoir experience? All of it really. From getting my hair and my makeup done to physically having you shoot me. It was the most comfortable experience being naked and not being with my husband. I never once felt self-conscious with you.

Is there anything you would change or do differently? I definitely would have went with less clothes. Maybe more revealing things. So I guess I'll just have to do it again.

What would you tell other women about your experience, would you recommend doing something like this for themselves? I would say if you're considering it just do it. It actually made me feel sexy and not just a mom. It was fun doing it for my husband but I think I got more out of it for myself.

Do you view yourself differently since your session? Do you appreciate your body more? Are you kinder to yourself? Since my session I care a little less about what other people think of my body. I know my husband finds me sexy and that truly is all that matters.  I haven't felt that way since I was a teenager. At this point in my life my body is what it is. I could break my neck trying to change it but to me it's just not worth it. I would rather spend the time with my family. I'm happy with who I am. As you would say Fuck Perfect!

I would do another session in a heartbeat. I'm hoping to be able to do a couple session with my amazing man. Even though I met you for the first time on the day of my shoot I felt like I've known you for years. You are just so warm and inviting and you are genuinely someone who loves what you do. I think that's what makes you better than any of the other Boudoir photographers out there. You don't look at the physical body of the person you look at what's inside and you pull that out in the shoots and in the photographs. You are amazing!
